I, Sumit Agarwal, am writing this letter to bring to your notice that one of my UPI transactions of amount Rs. 4520, dated April 1st, 2023 got failed.

I would also like to mention that the said amount was debited from my savings account bearing account number 65983265. The UPI transaction ID for the same was ANCDH12345 and the payment was made in the name of M/s New Era Schools.

Post the payment I had received an SMS stating that the payment has failed and if the amount has been debited then it will be credited back to my account within 48 hours. I am writing this letter to request you kindly look into the matter as the amount has not yet been credited back to my savings account the details of which have been shared above.
