I am writing this letter to bring to your notice that on January 10th, 2023, I had made a purchase of a Dell laptop charger from your website www.abd.com. I was directed on the payment gateway for the same and I had used my Visa Debit Card to make the payment for the same. I was charged on my card for the product an amount of $ 50 and I had received the message about the same on my phone.
Later I had received an email from your company which stated that my order has not been processed. I also received another email which stated that if the amount has been deducted from my bank account then it will get refunded to the source within 7 working days. It has been over ten days and still there is no refund that has been made to my bank account. I have also gotten in touch with my bank and they have no such refund under process.
