Declaration of an independent director is a very much legal document that maintains the rules of the Companies Act of the state. The format has the declaration of a directory that contains the statement regarding his/her expertise and experience to be a director, the states or the relationship with the concerned company or its subsidiary and associates and so on. The director has also made a statement regarding the relationship of his/her relatives with the company, in terms of its transaction and managerial or directorial relationship.
