Respected Sir/Madam,

The GST no. of my firm got cancelled as the GST returns were not filled on time. Though the cancellation order was sent by one of the officers from your department on 01/09/25 for submitting show cause notice but we failed to submit any answer from our end and on 20/10/25, our GST registration got cancelled.

I am writing this letter to bring to your notice that the email id and phone number under the GST registration of ABC Technologies is incorrect and that is the reason we were unable to receive any of the intimations that were sent from your end. And we got to know about the GST registration cancellation only when we received the letter stating the same a few days back.

Please find attached with the letter all the GST registrations for the FY 2024-25 along with all the receipts for the penalties. I would, therefore, like to request you to kindly reactivate the GST number of my firm as I am unable to access the GST website for any of the accounting purposes.

Kindly share with me the procedure to have the cancellation revoked so that we can initiate with the process.
