I, Richard Black, am writing this application to inform you that the Cash Deposit Machine located at the City Centre Mall, California is not working properly and needs to be repaired.

I tried depositing a cash of $ 400 using this machine on September 18, 2023 at around 9 pm but my money got stuck in the machine due to its malfunctioning. I could not retrieve my money out of the machine and the transaction did not get registered.
