I have one query in service tax.
As per Service Tax Provision vide Notification NO.30/2012Dated.20.06.2012 Under Section 68(2) : Service Tax 50% to be collected and paid by the party who provide the services and 50% to be paid by the service receiver.
Can you explain how to pay said 50% by service receiver and in which form and in which code number is to be paid .
My one of the party has such problem and wants to pay the service tax payment but we don’t have any challan number and code for payment of the same.Whether its cover under negative list,if yes than in which form and code it’s to be paid .Please advise us.
