    If we have appointed Auditors in our last AGM for one year and have filed GNL2 and attached ADT1 for one year Now this year what to do 90 % co have appointed auditors for one year please let us know what is the remedy

    Do we have to file ADT 1 for four years
    attaching Proposal Letter Appointment letter and Minutes of AGM in which he appointed
