What does ROC and SRN in the letter of appointment stand for.
ROC refers to the Registrar Of Companies, whereas SRN refers to Service Request Number. Registrar of Companies is an authority from we need to take several approvals relating companies, to whom we need to intimate several matters about the companies and many other compliances need to be done. If we submit or file any form with ROC on MCA Portal, a system generated number will be given to us which is useful for the future for tracking our request in the e-filed Form and this number is called Service Request Number.
