The form of new explanatory statement is made for the shareholder of the concerned company to notify them that the company is going to change the way of its business for the profit and to meet the company’s demand. The form mentions lots of changes, the company is going to incorporate to extend its business, such as marketing, business planning, public sector enterprises and many other things. The form also carries the information about changing the name of the company as per the current business status. The form also notifies the major changes to its shareholder if the application of changing the company’s name is approved. The letter is written on the letterhead of the company and it also contains the address of registered office and date.
