The intimation by director is used to qualify or disqualify the application of the directorial post according to the provision of the section 164(2) of the Companies Act, 2013. The applicant who applies for the directorial post of a company, he/she should go through the guidelines set by the said Act. Generally, any disqualification from the post of director of other companies in a certain financial year can decline your candidature for the post.
