I, Rohit Kumar, Manager, Delfino System, is writing this letter to inform you that my company is not liable for paying GST.

I would like to bring to your notice that in order to pay the GST, a company needs to have a turnover of over 10 lakh in a financial year and as per the financial records for the FY 2022-23, the turnover of my company was just Rs. 8 lakh which means that my company does not fall into the purview of GST.
