Rejection from existing shareholder is produced when the concerned Shareholder declines the offer of a one equity share on the right issue basis. As per the rules stated in the Companies Act, 2013, one can turn down the offer made by the company. To notify the company regarding this rejection, the concerned share holder should submit a rejection letter to the directors of the company. The letter should contain the signature and address of the shareholder.
