Quarterly report for CS trainee is essential as to make an assessment of all trainees in respect of the training process, in that way one can find out the credibility of the CS trainees. The report should be submitted quarterly to the concerned department of the Institutes of Company Secretaries in India. This report generally contains two parts, one is for the trainees, where they are given a grade in respect of attendance and punctuality, assignments and soft skills. The other one is for the trainer, who has to fill some important data regarding the field of training, seminars and articles.
