The format of the Form Dir-4 is for verification of the applicant regarding the application of the DIN (Director Identification Number). To get the DIN, one needs to fill up the Form DIR-3 and it should be submitted along with the verification form Dir-4. The form is a very much legal document and it maintains the provision of the Companies Act, 2013. As per the rules, an applicant should present his/her quality for acquiring the DIN number or must declare that he is legally eligible for the application of the DIN. The statement of liability should also be in the form in case of disclosing anything or giving any false document. The form should be signed by the applicant.
