He has to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.club4ca.com\/formats\/others\/iec-code-import-and-export-of-goods\/\"><strong>apply for IEC Import and Export code<\/strong><\/a>. This IEC contains 10 digit code and issued by Director General of foreign trade, department of commerce, government of India. This <a href=\"https:\/\/www.club4ca.com\/formats\/income-tax\/pan-application-form-49a-free-download\/\"><strong>application form<\/strong><\/a> can be filled online on DGFT website. In case the export license is lost or destroyed for any reasons, then a duplicate application form can be filled by paying Rs.200 in the form of DD to DGFT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sample Affidavit Format<\/strong><strong>\u200e<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Affidavit<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(As per appendix 24)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I\/We hereby humbly state and make a declaration that &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. my\/our copy of License No. \/Authorization No&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;..dated<strong>&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&nbsp;<\/strong>issued to me\/us has been lost\/misplaced, having the license registered with<strong>&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; <\/strong>had not been expired or utilized fully and partially. The license authorization was issued for an amount for&nbsp;Rs&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.\/-<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>(figure and in words<strong>&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;..) <\/strong>and the duplicate to be issued is required for total amount to cover the balance of&nbsp;Rs&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; , The present License \/ Authorization was not cancelled, pledged, transferred or handed over by me \/ us or on my\/our behalf to, any other party for any purpose \/ consideration whatsoever. I\/We agree and accept to return the Original license\/Authorization, if it is traced in future to the issuing authority.
