  2. \u00a0 Address Proof of Business Premises of the company\/firm (Electricity Bill \/ Phone Bill \/ Gas Bill).<\/li>\n
  3. \u00a0Ground plan of factory (which should also provide description of boundaries of premises to be registered).<\/li>\n
  4. \u00a0Details of Property Holding Rights of the registrant (if not self owned then Rent Agreement).<\/li>\n
  5. \u00a0If Business Premises and Head Office of the company is different then Address Proof of Head Office also.<\/li>\n
  6. \u00a0PAN card copy of authorized signatory.<\/li>\n
  7. \u00a0Details of all banks with Bank Statement of last 2 months.<\/li>\n
  8. \u00a0Certificates of<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    • Customs Registration No.(BIN)<\/li>\n
    • Import Export Code<\/li>\n
    • State Sales Tax No.<\/li>\n
    • CST No.<\/li>\n
    • Company Index No.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      1. \u00a0PAN Card and Address proof of all the directors\/partners.<\/li>\n
      2. Memorandum and Articles of Association\/Partnership deed<\/li>\n
      3. \u00a0General power of attorney (in case application is signed by authorized agent).<\/li>\n
      4. List of Major Excisable goods to be Manufacture \/ Trade.<\/li>\n
      5. List of Major Excisable goods used in Manufacture \/ Trade.<\/li>\n
      6. \u00a0All Documents should be self attested by authorized signatory.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
